How many family members can I invite?

The family plan supports up to 6 members with full login access. You can also add additional member profiles (no login required) for task and event assignment.

Do family members need to create accounts?

Members with full access need their own account (email and password). You can also add profile-only members for task and event assignment without requiring a login.

Can I control what each member sees?

All workspace members share the same view today. Per-member visibility controls are on the roadmap.

What happens if I remove a family member?

You can remove a workspace member from settings. Their past tasks and events remain in the workspace.

Can my kids have their own accounts?

Yes—anyone with an email address can be a workspace member. There is no age restriction in the app.
